Principal Adviser
Chris is an award-winning author, international speaker, and executive coach with deep expertise in Lean Thinking and organizational transformation. As a world-renowned facilitator, he delivers impactful Lean workshops for senior leaders and executive programs at top international business schools. Known for his engaging style and practical insight, Chris works closely with executive teams to build leadership capability, align enterprise goals, and cascade knowledge across all levels of an organization. His coaching has helped companies around the world embed a culture of continuous improvement and achieve sustainable excellence. Chris is a recipient of the Best New Speaker of the Year Award from TEC – The Executive Connection – and is a sought-after keynote speaker at global conferences. He is the co-author of three Shingo Publication Award-winning books: 4+1: Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvement in Financial Services, The Essence of Excellence, and Why Bother?. Frank Faller brings more than two decades of international experience in high-performance electronics manufacturing, including serving as CEO of a leading technology organization. He is known for his people-focused leadership and commitment to developing human capital, alongside his expertise in strategic planning, Lean and Agile methodologies, quality systems, and operational excellence. Frank has successfully led organizations through complex transformations, achieving key certifications such as AS 9100D and ISO 14001, and earning multiple awards for innovation, leadership, and operational performance. He fosters high-performing cultures by empowering teams, nurturing talent, and driving engagement at every level. Helen Xue
Managing Consultant, Greater China
Helen Xue is the managing consultant based in Shanghai, China, responsible for overseeing business operations in both the China and Vietnam markets. She holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a master's degree in applied chemistry. A certified Master Black Belt (MBB) in Lean Six Sigma and an ASQ-certified Operational Excellence Expert, Helen is widely respected within the Lean Six Sigma community in China. Helen brings over a decade of leadership experience across various industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, cosmetic packaging, and medical devices. She has held key senior roles such as Master Black Belt, Quality Director, and Operations Director. In addition to her operational leadership, Helen has successfully trained and coached numerous professionals at Green, Yellow, and Black Belt levels, helping organizations drive continuous improvement and performance excellence. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Helen combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value to her clients.

Lawrence Zhu

Lawrence Zhu drives transformative results through Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence, backed by over 20 years of leadership at Fortune 500 companies. His work consistently delivers measurable outcomes—boosting revenue, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and developing future-ready leaders. Renowned for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, Lawrence served as General Manager for Oshkosh-JLG APAC, where he built high-performing regional operations and embedded a culture of continuous improvement. Earlier in his career, he led major greenfield projects and established manufacturing facilities for Motorola and Alcan in China, managing diverse, cross-cultural teams. Lawrence holds an Executive MBA from Peking University and now advises organizations on achieving sustainable excellence. A sought-after speaker on Lean leadership and Asia’s evolving manufacturing landscape, he is known for making complex methodologies actionable—turning strategy into profit-driven performance.
