The Shingo Workshops
Shingo Institute has developed six Shingo Workshops to teach and help organizations discover the application Shingo Model and each dimension of the Guiding Principles firsthand.  Shingo workshops are delivered by licensed affiliates. 

These workshops integrate classroom and on-site experiences at a host facility.  The participants learn firsthand how to identify the strengths and weaknesses and provide an improvement plan for the host organization. 

Keysense Consulting is an affiliate of Shingo Institute and we conduct these workshops regularly around Australia, New Zealand, China, and South East Asia.
