Total Productive & Predictive Maintenance

What is TPPM?

This course merges Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with Predictive Maintenance (PdM), blending operator care with smart monitoring, analytics and AI, creating a modern, streamlined maintenance strategy. Developed in partnership with leading global manufacturers, your team learns from experts—like Alex Teoh—to implement TPPM tailored to your operation.

Core Focus & Content

During interactive full‑day workshops (virtual or in‑person), participants explore:

  • TPPM’s eight structured steps, from baseline assessment and condition appraisal through planning and execution of predictive maintenance strategies.

  • How TPPM pillars support reliability, including autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, quality maintenance, focused improvement, early equipment management, training & development, safety, and office TPPM.

  • Embedding predictive AI technology to foresee failure modes using real‑time equipment sensors and analytics.

Hosting a TPPM Workshop

Hosting a PUBLIC TPPM workshop allows great learning and interaction between participants from other organizations and the host’s employees.  Many hosts found that “feedback” from the public session is unbiased and proven to be very valuable.  Besides that, the host of public workshops enjoys special privileges such as additional free seats.   Alternatively, hosting an IN-HOUSE workshop will keep all the discussions and finding within the host organization.
